Complaint treatment unfortunately disappointing

Unlike shown, a newer version of the body lotion was delivered. I ordered the old version shown explitzit because I couldn't tolerate the new composition. When I complained, I had to write back and forth three times and ultimately pay the shipping costs for the return myself. Customer -friendly is different. Unfortunately no recommendation. One star is that the answers came quickly. A shame
