Description

Deep vein thrombosis and pulmonary embolism make physical thrombosis prophylaxis necessary for immobilized patients. Comprinet pro is anatomically shaped for this purpose: The compression pressure is approximately 18 mmHg at the ankle and decreases linearly from distal to proximal—this pressure profile is the stocking’s primary mechanism of action.

The stocking is seamless and circular-knit and, when washed according to the specific care instructions, can be reprocessed up to ten times without compromising the pressure profile. A sewn-in label features the size printed in wash-resistant ink, ensuring proper identification after reprocessing. Available in two lengths and three widths for thigh circumferences up to 86 cm, plus two special sizes up to 90 cm and a knee-length version.
