Strappal, non-elastic adhesive bandage

Non-stretch tape made of viscose fabric with a rubber-free zinc oxide adhesive—latex-free, with a serrated edge.

Description

Strappal is a non-elastic adhesive bandage designed for functional taping techniques—prevention, treatment, and rehabilitation of musculoskeletal injuries. It is tear-resistant, ensuring the secure hold that is essential in sports.

The key difference from other non-elastic tapes: The adhesive is latex-free. Strappal consists of viscose fabric with a zinc oxide adhesive that is free of rubber. The serrated edge allows the tape to be torn by hand—no scissors required.

Key Features

  • Viscose fabric with a zinc oxide adhesive, free of rubber
  • Latex-free adhesive
  • Non-elastic and tear-resistant
  • Perforated edge—can be torn by hand
  • Not manufactured with natural rubber latex
  • Widths of 2.5 cm and 5 cm, 10 m in length, in packs of 4 or 8 rolls and in cartons of 18 or 36 rolls

Applications

  • Treatment and prevention of injuries to muscles, ligaments, and joints
  • Rigid immobilization
  • Sports injuries such as strains and sprains
  • Short-term use

Summary

Strappal performs just as well as Leukotape Classic, but without natural rubber—for athletes with a latex allergy, it is the only option among non-elastic tapes.
