Description

The Actimove TaloBrace stabilizes the upper ankle joint while specifically preventing inversion and eversion—that is, the lateral twisting that poses the greatest risk in unstable joints. Flexion and extension range of motion are preserved, enabling functional therapy.

Anatomically shaped shells, two counter-rotating circular Velcro straps, and an individually adjustable foot section ensure a secure fit and support. The upper fixation strap is elastic, making it more comfortable against the shin. A donning guide on the heel strap shows the patient how to put on the orthosis; the edges are softly padded.
