Cutimed Siltec Plus Heel differs from the 3D version in its stronger initial adhesion. The manufacturer calls this the “third-hand effect”: The dressing stays in place during application instead of slipping while you secure it. This makes a practical difference when treating hard-to-reach wounds or working without a second person.

The Cutimed Siltec special shapes are tailored to highly contoured, hard-to-treat areas of the body and combine the advantages of the highly absorbent silicone foam dressing. The extra-thick 7-mm foam cushions the wound and helps relieve pressure. The dressing can be trimmed to size; additional fixation is required.
