The absorbing, self-adhesive hydrocolloid dressing with a semi-permeable, germ-proof cover layer creates an optimal moist wound environment through gel transformation of the hydrocolloid dressing components. The gel remains absorbent until the hydrocolloids are saturated, thus promoting granulation and epithelialization without irritating the wound upon removal. Ideal for the treatment of wounds with poor healing tendencies.
