Description

Leukomed I.V. secures cannulas and peripheral venous catheters. Two design features make application quick and intuitive: the three-part release liner, which allows the dressing to be peeled off in a controlled manner, and the V-shaped slit that holds the cannula in place.

The backing is a stretchy polyester nonwoven that conforms to body contours, cannulas, and catheters and is highly breathable. The absorbent viscose nonwoven wound pad is coated with polypropylene to prevent it from sticking to the puncture site. Rounded corners prevent curling, and the included extra nonwoven pad can be used as a swab or cushion.
