Description

CutMax is designed for paint finishes that are heavily weathered, scratched, or sanded. The abrasive paste removes scratches and inclusions from touch-up paint, smooths out scuffs, and removes overspray; it also eliminates sanding marks from P1000 sandpaper and finer grits. On the manufacturer’s scale, it is rated at abrasive performance level 6 and gloss level 4—meaning high removal rate without sacrificing gloss.

Low-dust technology minimizes dust during polishing, which noticeably reduces the amount of rework required. The paste is silicone-free, odorless, and applies smoothly with a machine.

Shake well before use, apply a small amount of product to a hard foam pad or lambswool pad, and polish for about ten seconds at low speed with increased pressure; for deep scratches, the machine may be tilted slightly. Then, using light pressure, finish polishing flat for about twenty seconds and follow with another pass using fresh product. Remove residue with a soft microfiber cloth and finish polishing with PerfectFinish. Clean pads regularly; never mix two polishing compounds on one pad; do not work on hot surfaces.
