The tesa® 4590 monofilament adhesive tape is a versatile, tear-resistant filament adhesive tape designed for secure bundling, palletizing, and fastening in industrial applications.

Description

tesa® 4590 is a unidirectional filament adhesive tape based on glass filaments laminated onto polyester film and specially developed for demanding packaging and securing tasks. The tape offers excellent adhesion to a wide variety of corrugated and solid board surfaces and is characterized by very high initial adhesion as well as a short dwell time until the final bond strength is achieved. Thanks to its synthetic rubber adhesive system, tesa® 4590 adheres securely to a variety of substrates, even non-polar surfaces such as PE and PP. It combines very good longitudinal tear strength with very low elongation, making it ideal as a heavy-duty packaging tape for professional applications in industry and logistics.
