Description

tesa® ACXplus 7063 is an 800 µm-thick, double-sided acrylic foam adhesive tape with a black backing, specifically developed for demanding bonding applications. Thanks to its unique composition, it combines very high adhesive strength with excellent resistance to plasticizers and is ideal for powder-coated surfaces or slightly low-energy plastics. It delivers impressive bonding strength—particularly for composite combinations of plastics with metal surfaces as well as metal-to-metal bonds—and offers excellent process reliability. The foamed viscoelastic acrylate core compensates for differences in thermal expansion between various materials, ensuring durable, low-stress bonds. tesa® ACXplus 7063 features very high initial adhesion and peel strength, making it the professional solution for durable, heavy-duty bonding applications.
