Description

tesa® 4129 is a transparent, single-sided adhesive tape with a robust polyester backing (PET film) and a high-performance acrylic adhesive. It was specially developed for demanding applications where reliability, high-temperature resistance, and a discreet appearance are crucial. Typical applications include splicing film materials—such as photographic negatives—as well as mounting lithographs or using the tape for edge protection and reinforcement. Thanks to its high resistance to moisture and most chemicals, the adhesive performance remains stable even under critical environmental conditions. The thin tape design ensures excellent adaptability to various surfaces, while the short-term temperature resistance of up to 200 °C makes the product ideal for processes involving thermal stress.
