Description

tesakrepp® 4432 is a specialized masking tape with a tough, durable, and stabilized smooth paper backing, specifically developed for demanding masking and stenciling applications. Thanks to its highly adhesive natural rubber adhesive, it adheres reliably to a wide variety of substrates and is ideal as a stencil material for sandblasting glass and stone at medium blasting times of 6 seconds at 4 bar. With a thickness of 330 µm, a tensile strength of 93 N/cm, and an elongation at break of 6%, the tape offers high stability and surface protection. Its ease of tearing by hand simplifies handling, while its temperature resistance of 120 °C (30 min) or 100 °C (60 min) allows for use in processes involving thermal stress. The high adhesive strength on steel of 8 N/cm ensures secure fixation even during intensive applications.
